All content — text, graphics, drawings, technical data and downloads — is provided for general information. Specifications, dimensions, materials and availability may change without notice. Nothing on the site constitutes an offer to sell or a binding commitment.

An RFQ submission is a request for information, not an order. Staack issues quotations in writing. Unless stated otherwise:

• Quotations are valid for thirty (30) days from the date issued.
• Prices exclude taxes, duties, freight, insurance and packaging.
• Quotations are subject to material availability and final engineering review.
• Orders are accepted only on Staack's written terms and conditions of sale.

Technical data, drawings and application notes are provided for guidance only. The buyer is solely responsible for determining the suitability of any product for its intended use, including compliance with applicable codes, standards and operating conditions.

All trademarks, logos, drawings and content are the property of Staack Industries or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written consent, except for ordinary browsing and internal evaluation of a quotation.

Products and technical data may be subject to export-control laws, including US EAR/ITAR, EU dual-use regulations and equivalent regimes. The buyer is responsible for obtaining any required licenses and for complying with all sanctions and end-use restrictions. Staack may refuse any inquiry or order that would violate applicable export-control or sanctions law.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Any product warranty is stated separately in the contract of sale.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Staack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of access to or use of the site or reliance on its content.

The site may link to third-party resources. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be submitted to the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
